A simple yet very efficient and effective product for a great price!I travel a lot, and also have difficulty finding time to exercise. Historically I would wrap my bands around a doorknob or other fixture in the house. The Bandbuddy has enabled me to not only more safely use my bands around the house, but it has also given me the flexibility to use them when I'm traveling. (e.g., in hotel rooms) The Bandbuddy was well-packaged, and came with a clear set of directions. The pictures that accompanied the set-up instructions were especially helpful. And even though bands didn't come with the Bandbuddy, it was super that it came with a sheet of pictures with sample exercises.I've been able to use the Bandbuddy to work on my biceps, triceps, back, stomach, chest, legs and more. That is, having 4 loops at different heights enables me to vary my exercises to hit all of the key body parts. The heavy duty metal clip makes it especially easy to remove and reinstall the device for when I travel. I even like the extra piece of material that goes behind the clip to prevent scratching of the door. Nice attention to detail!

I like this product and am determined to make it work. There is so much strengthening and stretching that I can do with bands even though I am not as fit as I should be. The Bandbuddy allows me more exercises that don't require me to get down on the floor. Bands don't require much space to store or use.I withheld one star because the Bandbuddy does interfere with my door. It fits over and under the door thus increasing the thickness of the door. I can still lock the door, but it takes several tries. However, the benefits outweigh the detractions so I will use as is.

As a prior gym-rat I was skeptical whether I could get a good workout at home. I have invested in some free weight equipment, but I also wanted to incorporate so resistance tube exercises as well. I thought about trying the strap systems, like TRX, but I didn't have the room to do most of the exercises. Plus, I didn't want to shell out that much cash either. My wife already had some resistance bands so I would figured I would try this system.Set up was about as simple as can be. Just loop it over a door and tighten it up. The sewn in loops make it easy to go from high position exercises, like lat pull downs and tricep pushdowns to low position exercises like curls and seated rows. Depending on the exercise, I would double up on the bands for more resistance. The loops in the product are large enough that I could pass as many through as I wanted. This will definitely go with me when I travel since it is so light and packs small. Definitely worth the small price.

I appreciate this product. I was looking for an easy way to do band exercises. I didn’t want to have to permanently adhere a strap so this works well. The buckle keeps it secured and the strap is strong and has several loops. I can move the strap too if I need to adjust the height of the loop. As long as I take care when I move it, I am not worried about it damaging my door. I am happy with this purchase.

This product was easy to set up and use

This is awful. Look at all the other reviews; they haven't set it up but can tell it's "well made"?? Five stars and it was a "gift" for someone else? Did that person even like it? I should've known better...Anyway, I SET IT UP...and can tell you that either I'm doing something wrong or this thing doesn't work! I looped everything through but the instant I tried to do an exercise with my resistance bands, the band comes towards you and gets super loose. Like it POPS towards you because it just gets loose. It's completely unusable. I'd be happy to change my review if someone from the company would help walk me through this or what I'm doing wrong but I just feel like I got scammed. The packaging of this was simply a plastic zip loc bag, with two sheets of crap printing paper inside (wasn't even stapled). The pictures were black and white and grainy and the margins were off so part of the instructions didn't even fit on the page. I mean it was super ghetto...probably the most ghetto instructions I have ever seen in any product ever.With that said, the unit economics of this business must be insane because for $40 for something that costs them probably a dollar to make, I would bet they probably have a profit margin of 98%! Definitely feel scammed.

Excellent product... exactly what I wanted. I travel a great deal and the Bandbuddy will allow me to exercise in a hotel room as it is easy to transport and will fit any size door. Have used it at home already and the bandbuddy gives me a more complete workout. If using bands is part of your exercise routine I highly recommend this product. Nothing else on the market compares. Shipping, ordering etc.... were hassle free and professional. Hands down a well deserved 5 star product. Thank you

It is so nice to be able to use an anchor attachment for resistance bands without having to drill holes in the wall. Product is fabulous. Seems rugged so far.The reason I am a little disappointed in the customer support: The included product description and page of sample exercises are poor Xerox copies of another document. Margins are crooked so some text gets cut off, and, most importantly, the examples of exercises are grainy and somewhat hard to follow. I contacted the seller and he sent me a picture of the (original?) first page taken using his phone. That was visible. But no copy of the exercises.My opinion is that the full package should be as excellent at the product. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Bandbuddy is a great supplementary piece of equipment to hook up to a door when using resistance bands either tube or loop bands. It makes it easier to hook up the bands through the four loops instead of moving a door anchor around.

This is a good product for using with a door. I struggled to get it tight and remain tight. Suggest threading from behind the buckle and adding a knot as close as you can to hold tight!The preposition loops to slide your bands in are wide so threading bands through is good.
