The media could not be loaded. As a devoted enthusiast of technology, my expectations were quite high when I decided to try this robovac, especially after encountering numerous positive reviews. I'm pleased to report that it has lived up to its reputation. The setup process was remarkably straightforward, and it began its task of room mapping without any issues. Impressively, it operated seamlessly for 25 minutes, performing both cleaning and mopping tasks with admirable efficiency, until an unforeseen incident occurred. A strand of my wife's hair had entangled itself in the vacuum's wheel. Thankfully, the issue was swiftly resolved using the tool provided, and the robovac resumed its duties without further ado. Its performance has been nothing short of excellent. A noteworthy aspect is its remarkably low noise level, which even our dogs have taken a liking to. I am thoroughly impressed by the quality and functionality of this product. To confirm, this does have a UK plug and requires a 2.5ghz WiFi connection.Update: This does not have anti hairwrap technology and I'm finding myself fixing it a few times per clean up. It's still an excellent robovac but I may have to return it if this persists.

I don’t know how I’ve lived my life without a gadget like that before!I was eyeing that type of vacuum cleaners for a while and there’s so many different ones on the market. I didn’t want to get a cheapest one but didn’t want to break the bank either. Took a leap of faith and purchased this one a week ago.It arrived next day and it was a bit bigger than I expected. It’s very light and manoeuvre well around furniture. You need to make sure that all cables are tucked away and there’s nothing that can get tangled into the brush.You can set different levels of intensity and type of cleaning for different rooms. I really like how i can monitor and control its progress via the app. Remote control is not very useful or easy to use in terms of delay in response. I use it only when kids activate it and I need to send it back to the docking station.There’s no manual on how to use the app, but it’s very intuitive and after spending a little time I re-set floor plan, re-named rooms and set the schedule and intensity for each room.The only negative thing that I can comment on at this point is that on the description it doesn’t say what type or dust collection bags it requires. I ordered some that seems like the original ones but not sure if they are all the same size. Also the dust collection from the unit to the docking station is very loud, so place it further away from your bedrooms if you’re scheduling your cleaning for night as I did.All in all, I’m very pleased with my purchase. Currently it’s my favourite little helper that makes my life much easier with two young kids and a dog.

What a waste of plastic this thing is.To stupid to empty its own dustbin, despite being a feature.To stupid to return to its station 9 out of 10 times, this is something EVERY hoover can do and i've never seen a hoover that classes itself as "Elite" that can't find its own dock and sit in the middle of the floor until it runs out of battery.To stupid to ignore the "No Go Zones" set in the app, instead tries to go there and gets stuck 95% of the time.App is pathetic and crashes more often than opens cleanlyDoesn't so much suck dust and debris up as it does push them around the floor until i send it back to its station, which it will likely fail to find and i use the normal hoover.Utter garbage, yes its cheap but its still more expensive that a lot of the Eufy or EcoVacs models that are actually much better devices.Back to Amazon it goes, it should be sent back to China and have the electronics recycled and plastic melted down and make a paperweight as that would be more intelligent that this hoover.

After struggling to pair up my new Ultenic T10 Elite robotic cleaner with my iPhone, I decided to read the instructions properly. After that the setup was simple. After initiating the first clean my new T10 Elite automatically mapped my apartment very accurately. I then configured my floor-plan to have the correct names instead of the default ones and I was away. I had my previous, far cheaper robot, for just over a year and my new T10 elite is far better with the LiDAR and self emptying being the primary improvements.

This sweeping and mopping robot has transformed my life/floor!I set it to wonder round the (tiled) floor most evenings - it keeps it so much cleaner and gets to areas which hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time!It is quite noisy (so is a normal vacuum), especially when it returns to dispense the collected dust, but because I don’t have to do it I don’t mind! It gets tangled in wires and can’t get to every corner/ tighter spaces but overall I love it!

Super!Having had a low range (£99) robot vac for only 2 months, I wanted to see what a more upgraded version would be like. This beauty is the dogs doodahs! Not able to connect to my WiFi but the app is sufficient enough. Brings my floors (carpet inc) beautifully 😍. Not tried the mop bit yet but it's worth spending that bit more for better results 😀
