BlueSpot Metric S-Type Spanner Set 10-19mm (5 Pieces)

Good quality spanner set, purchased to remove a difficult to reach 12mm bolt on my outboard engine, saved a lot of extra stripping. Difficult to rate durability, they look as if they could last for ever.

Ideal for small access like cranked spanners.

Definitely value for money. A bit loose maybe, but good enough for general, occasional use. Well finished.

First pic shows the stamped side, second shows the etched side of the same spanner. Etching is often a waste of time because it either wears off or becomes abscured by dirt. Stamping means at least you stand a fighting chance of picking the right size spanner, especially if you don't handle spanners on a regular basis. These were bought to access difficult to reach nuts holding the carburettor on my classic Saab 96 V4, where everything seems to be shoehorned under the bonnet. I had better luck with a ordinary open ended spanner. Shape of spanner makes no difference sometimes. Yet to find a proper use for them, but not disappointed because I have the feeling they will have their day. Wonky but good quality feel good in the hand and clean easily..

Very good spanners. Strong. good for tight spaces. Only needs the 16mm but have used all of them now and they do the job perfectly.
