Love
As an art therapist these are great to use in session. I don’t always use prompts, but they’re great to have on hand/ use as inspiration. Also super appreciate an actual licensed and board certified art therapist made these!

Highly recommend!
These are a fantastic resource adding a lot of options to my practice as a therapist. I really love that they're split into various mediums as well as the detailed information on how long to allot for each exercise, the therapeutic purpose of each, and the directions on how to complete each exercise.

Si están bien pero tal vez esperaba otros ejercicios
The media could not be loaded. Cumplen lo que prometen, las cartas son gruesas y eso me gusta porque no se siente que se dañen tan fácil. Esto si es personal, esperaba otra clase de ejercicios pero está bien.

Very helpful, relaxing, and fun!
This is an awesome relaxing way to relieve stress. You don’t have to be an artist to enjoy this. It’s just fun!

Amazing for art therapy
I bought this to use with middle schoolers and my 6 year old at home. The cards show what medium to use, the time frame they encourage to use, the directions, an example and various questions to help process the meaning behind the artwork. There are 75 cards and there’s a small packet that shows what cards go to each topic. It’s simple enough I can pull one out and the middle schoolers can follow the directions. I was even able to explain the directions to my 6 year old and she was able to successfully do one and process her meaning behind the work. I love it and I wish I had them when I was running expressive art groups for kids who experienced trauma. My phone won’t let me upload photos, but trust me it’s worth the money!
