I am quite satisfied with this scooter. It was mostly easy to assemble. Once the battery was fully charged, which took about four hours, the battery was problematic in that it was hard to align the connector pins, so it would seat properly. After working with it for nearly an hour and pushing it toward the rear of the scooter while it sat close to the seated position, it dropped into the connector and worked as it should. The larger wheels, longer range, extra foot room, are all the items that give this a better value than the smaller original. I would like to see extras such as a rear mounted basket like the Pride uses, and a sun shade canopy would be great. Yes, there are those options available for other brands that can be modified to use with this one but, it is additional work that most can't do. Having them ready to just put on and use is most desirable.

Just got set up and was very easy. Getting ready to take on vacation for the real test so we will see. A couple things right off the bat that are issues. As stated by many, the back up warning is LOUD!!. The seat post is also wobbly. The part that is really bothering me is there is no locking ring screw. It came with a bolt that the nut does not even screw on. I'm sure will lose that. Will see soon though.

its the best scooter I've gotten it rides smoothly and it works great no problems i would tell 10000 people who need one to get one and the price is perfect

Scooter looks great. Easy to assemble even though instructions not real good. Also missing a crucial nut and bolt and had to visit hardware store. After charging for 14 hours, battery lasted about 600 feet before died… the stop was so instant and I almost tipped over. If yours dies on you, be sure to have a phone handy because the scooter is not easy to walk in neutral for a handicapped senior. I think I made an $800 mistake. Follow up:I charged it for 14 hours again. Took it out again. Drove the partial 5 degree incline up my driveway. Abrupt stop again because battery died… flipped me over backwards with the 100# scooter on top of me. Neighbors had to pick it off me and help me up. Very dangerous scooter!

So it is easy to assemble and decently adjustable. It is also more than fast enough that said there are some issues with the listing not being true to the product and quality of the item but you get what you pay for. Also as mentioned by others the back up alarm/horn is very loud and of a frequency it hurts the ears of the users and those around them. We thought about returning it but being handy we decided to find the noise maker and remove it and improve the other issues.Taking care of the alarm was as simple as removing the screws holding the plastic on the neck and head together then splitting it apart and finding the plug marked "Buzzer". As the device itself was attached by Velcro we took the unit out. On mine it was on the left side of the plastic and is a small round disc with 2 wires coming out to the plug. It was like it was meant to come out.The seat post is very wobbly when assembled and fully tightened. It rocks back and forth as well as side to side so I had to put in a "shim" to prevent this. As I have lots of leather scrap on hand I added a piece then put it together at the height that best fit me. It would be hard to remove it again due to how tight it is now. BTW the seat itself that slips into this part fits fine but it is the part that slides in to adjust the overall height that is the problemNow we come to my real issue with the unit. It is advertised as having 4" of ground clearance when in fact the frame at the back only has 2 1?2" and to the anti-tip wheels it reduced to 1 1?2". This means the front will clear 4" then get hung up at the rear. Now I don't intend on driving over things that tall but the main reason I got this model was for the higher ground clearance for use on unpaved hard packed trails. As it is raining today we cannot go test it out to see how much a problem this is going to be however I felt it was important to say it does not have the ground clearance as claimed in the listing.I know removing that alarm likely voided any warranty this thing has but in the end it needed done or it would likely not get used. I also decided if anything goes wrong we are handy enough to fix it including sourcing a new motor and upgrading to bigger tires to gain a bit more off road ability without spending what a true off road scooter costs. Time will tell how useful it is as it came in the box but if it gets me out with the wife more it is worth every penny. Not to mention much like anything else it gives me a frame to modify should I choose to..

Great easy to use easy to assemble can fit in the back sit of a ford fusion with plenty of room to spare great ground clearance very well built I don’t think you can find a better buy you could pay thousands for other scooter is at least as good if not better not one complaint was better than I could of asked for

Scooter is fine. Heavier than I anticipated but manageable. Mother likes it. Cute

The product is good, well made. Does break apart however, weighing 100 lbs makes it impossible to easily fold it and pick it up unless you have help.
