Can make the dullest, over processed hair soft and shine!
Fantastic conditioner for dry, color processed hair. I have longer curly hair that is very dry. I have color treated my hair for 20 yrs (highlighting since I was a teen) and it has taken it's toll. My hair is course and lacks that luster/shine we all seek. After years of trying traditional conditioners (it seems every product has a line) with little satisfaction, I thought outside the box. I went to my local Target, went for the small and often neglected multicultural section of beauty products and bought several different brands. I am embarrassed to say, that it never dawned on me prior to that. I purchased leave in conditioners, hair masks, creams, sprays and good old conditioner.Methodically I tried each product in hopes of a soft, bouncy, hydrated curls. Carols Daughter Vanilla conditioner nailed it. My hair is silk soft and manageable with this product. I only need a dab the size of a quarter to half dollar and let it soak in while I shave or loofa. Just a minute or two and rinse. My hair is easy to comb through, smells outstanding and shines! Yes, the dull, course over processed hair shines. This stuff is impressive and worth every penny. On a side note, although I love this conditioner, I am not a huge fan of the shampoo in this line or spray leave in conditioner. The shampoo feels thick and my hair doesn't feel clean. The consistency, while probably good for my hair feels oily and it is as if I can't wash it out? The leave in conditioner smells amazing, but I don't really see or feel a difference in my hair when I use it.As for where to purchase, Walmart and Amazon seem to be neck an neck on price. It varies by a few pennies depending on when it's purchased. Target is always $1 to $2 more per bottle.

Best products on the market
I have never used a Carol's Daughter product that was less than stellar.I am an old white woman with old, dry, curly red hair that responds to Carol's Daughter's products like a thirsty lost person in a desert! This product softens my wiry hair and it is the only rinse product I have ever used that my sensitive skin does not react to. No sulfates! And it smells great! I consider it a public service product! Thank you Carol's Daughter!

Great on 4C hair.
I have been using this product on my daughter’s 4C textured hair, and I am genuinely impressed with the results. It effectively locks in moisture, which is crucial for maintaining the health of textured hair. Since I started using this product, I have noticed significant improvement in her hair's growth and overall health. Her hair feels softer, looks shinier, and has a more defined curl pattern. I appreciate how it nourishes her hair, making it more manageable and resilient. Overall, this product has made a remarkable difference in my daughter's hair care routine.

Smells amazing, works well 💛
I’d been using the carol’s daughter Goddess line for almost a year and love it. Decided to try this conditioner and am not disappointed. It’s surprisingly lightweight, and the heady vanilla scent lingers for hourssss. Also love the pump vs. squeeze bottle. Rinses out very easily. My hair is soft and shiny after using, even after getting it wet and air drying the following day.I have color treated fine, wavy hair. This product brings out a bit more waves and definition.I will say, if you’re looking for a deeper conditioner, try their Goddess line over this one.

Thick, deep conditioning, lovely fragrance
I love this brand, have used several of the products, this conditioner is definitely a win. The vanilla fragrance is luxurious, the deep conditioning for my dry hair is rich and penetrating. I recommend this product if you have color treated hair, curly hair, or tend to have hair that is dry due to styling or coloring.

Cloying coconut smell
Conditioning was just okay compared to other premium products. The thing that turns me off is that heavy, cloying coconut smell. You can’t cover it up with the vanilla and I smelled no lavendar at all. It took me two washes to get that smell out of my hair after only one use. Not for me, thanks.

Definitely makes my curls happy
My curls love this stuff. I leave it until the end of my shower, my curls/waves went from unpredictable to showing up on time every time. It doesnt weigh down your curls either like a lot of products have done to me. I first learned about this when I borrowed it from my sister, I usually only get the products at the salon but am glad I discovered this stuff. I am not a fan of the equivalent shampoo of this line though. My curls have gotten more defined since using this stuff too. My hair is soft, much less expensive than pretty much anything else I've tried, curls are happy with the moisture level, my hair has always been healthy so all I can say is it doesnt negatively impact the health of my hair.
