Not for my hair. This is one of the worst shampoos I have ever used.Couple of points:1. Smells like a sophisticated cockroach spray.2. Makes my hair very rough. I am a guy who wants his hair flowing smooth.3. Doesn't condition my hair even a little bit. I had to use Dove's own standalone conditioner which I genuinely love.4. I did not get paid to write bad things about this. Like I said, I use other Dove products but this one just didn't cut it. Try it if you like.
