Spring Chef Dough Blender

Works fine and appears to be well made. Handle is not comfortable and overall it’s a little too big for typical home kitchen use. The other size is too small. I have big hands and it’s not efficient for blending the dough because of the size. I don’t know if dough blenders come in standard sizes but one right in the middle would probably be perfect.

best blender I ever owned. so many broke on me, were hard to hold on to, or they just disappointed. then I got this one. really loving it. used it for some months now. it really does work. its holding up well too. we put it in the dishwasher, did fine.

While preparing to make our Christmas cookies which we have not done for a few years because it's a big 2 day process, we realized we couldn't find our pastry cutter anywhere. We had to run to the grocery store to get a couple ingredients anyways so I figured I'd just pick up a new one but to my surprise, they did not carry them! 3 stores, not a single pastry cutter to be found. We still had a few days before we were going to make our cookies so I hopped on Amazon to get 1 (actually I bought a couple so hopefully next year we will be able to find at least 1 of them). When it was time to make the cookies, we got one of them out and went to work. To be honest, there isn't much to say about pastry cutters, they are either strong enough to work or so cheaply made they don't. Fortunately, these worked perfectly! My stepdaugther had no issues getting the butter cut into the flour exactly as it should. The handle is comfortable to grip while cutting. Cleanup was easy as they just wash right up.

Pictured is my old pastry cutter. Very hard handle and small smaller than this one. I’m very pleased with the new one especially the softer handle and larger size. This brand and listing comes in three different sizes. My old one just about fit all four fingers and the blades bend. The blades on the new ones seem much sturdier. What I like about this one especially is the middle piece that screws across the entire handle. It looks like it will not easily come apart. I haven’t found any other like that design. The plastic handle on my old one always looks just about ready to give out in the middle is slipped into the plastic handle and easily moves.

Better than expected and bigger than I expected. Made very well. Would buy again.
