Excellent.
Used these recently at a wedding for speeches on a SM58 mic and they were flawless! Lasted 4/5 hours and the quality is fantastic, maybe better than on a lead. Charge relatively quickly too and are not too big so easy to store and carry in gig bag. Excellent build quality too.

Good but quite big
These work very well. Sound quality, battery life and range are all good. They also seem quite ruggedly built.The only issue I have with them is they are quite wide. I can't get two to fit into adjacent channels on any of my mixers.
