Wow, just wow! This is the best thing ever for travel or even just riding in a friend's car at home. After the first use and initial sizing adjustments, it is so easy to use. It takes under a minute to put it on your kid before they get in the car and then seconds to buckle them in using the car's 3-point seatbelt. It comes in a carrying bag that is also a little backpack. Maybe you will have more success getting your child to carry the backpack. I usually put the vest in my bag.My child loves the ride safer vest. He even likes to wear it around after we get out of a vehicle, because it's like wearing a snuggly hug. It's fun to "ride without his car seat" in a regular seat using the regular seatbelt. This product is fantastic it’s been a lifesaver during travel. It’s comfortable, lightweight, and easy to use once you get the hang of it. I highly recommend it for anyone who travels frequently with a toddler, whether you’re taking rideshare or flights. It also comes with hooks. This product is beyond durable. I’ve traveled many times with it. Game changer for sure.

Used for a Hawai’i trip and it worked great. Lightweight and portability made it easy to transition from place to place and carry with us. Secures my almost 5 year old very well. Adjusting straps can be hard because kids don’t like staying still, but overall simple design once you read the instructions.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to install, durable, comfortable, foldable, perfect size, easy to use, all of the above! Anything beats having to check a car seat @ the airport when traveling. I was totally stumped on how to travel with kids- if we were flying somewhere, we couldn’t just simply take an Uber to our Airbnb because we didn’t have car seats- I needed something to fix this problem. I don’t know how or why it took me so long to find these, but they are a total game changer!

This is a wonderful travel hack for kids the right size. It’s lightweight and user friendly. It takes a tad longer than I had hoped to get them buckled in and snug, and it’s not entirely comfortable for longer rides. But for the ease of transport, it’s a great solution for times when a car seat simply isn’t an option. We took our little guy to the theatre in an Uber. Bringing a car seat wasn’t an option as we’d have nowhere to store it at the theater. This was a great solution for a short ride there and back!

I got this to prevent me from needing to bring a whole car seat on a plane last year for my 4 year old. This was so much easier. We weren’t going to be doing a ton of driving while out of state so I figured this would be okay for her during that time. This folds up so small into the bag we had and was so easy to take out when we needed. Putting it on was a bit of a hassle as it’s a whole harness with a between the legs strap. I was having her put on before we would go to the car because she needed help to use it. Buckling into the car wasn’t too difficult and I felt like she was safe. The one thing I will say is comfort wise this chaffed her thighs BAD. I feel horrible. I was having her walk around with this on just to and from the car when we’d go places not realizing the leg strap was tearing her thighs up. It was Florida in July so with the heat and the sweat the crotch strap on this rubbed and she ended up really hurting. Just watch that if you do end up buying this

Bought this because my son-in-law bought one to use in his car instead of switching out the car seat every time. Since my grandson stays with us sometimes, we ran into the same problem. I often take groups of people I. My car and I had to take the car seat out repeatedly. Not ideal. This sol es the problem for both of us. We keep it by the door, and whoever needs it takes it and we’re off. No more finagling a car seat. This is just a great idea for anyone who has a child visiting often. My grandson loves it, and we can use it for any toddler that visits. Not difficult to use, either.
