Fit into island 30 inch space. Used recommended compatible microwave

Meh. Poorly engineered
Not a great design to have the microwave flush with the adjacent cabinets.

Not 30"
I don't know if I got a factory reject or what, but my trim kit was only 29 & 13/16" wide. I am replacing an older 30' Frigidaire Microwave and I really needed exactly 30" to match up with my existing 30" wide Frigidaire Built-In Range. This was beyond frustrating that it isn't 30". My kitchen looks like crap because it doesn't line up, or cover the 29 & 3/4" cabinet hole that I needed it too cover unless I offset it. If anyone else got one I'd love to know if yours is 30" wide or not.
