Beautiful!
I was a little nervous about ordering a vanity from Amazon verses Lowes or Home Depot. I wasn't finding what I wanted there. I am very satisfied with the quality and the vanity is beautiful. I am considering updating my other bathrooms now. The assembly was not bad. I did it alone. The most important thing is paying close attention to the labeling of all the parts and keeping them together.

A review by an actual person who installed it
All the reviews by buyers who had someone else do all the work, saying "I love it, it's cute!" and "My best purchase!" are, I'm sorry, not useful. Let's talk from someone who did the actual work. I bought the 24 inch oak version with the included porcelain top. The vanity arrives in 2 somewhat large boxes, one for the woodwork and one for the top. Make sure you inspect both for damages before your return window expires. With a lot of experience putting together RTA furniture, this one offered no surprises. You'll need a good-sized work space as at one point the instructions have you assembling several larger panels together, which means they all must be prepared beforehand with their camlocks and matching cam bolts all properly inserted. The assembly not only went well but I'd say that, for RTA, the construction is very nice. Interior, full metal corner braces for each corner are supplied; soft close Euro hinges, quality RTA hardware and a shelf are bonuses here. There are many things to note: - the unit is 18- inches deep which is great for smaller bathrooms but note that means normal vanity tops (all 24 itches deep) can NOT be substituted. Their is a black version of the top available separately on Amazon - white or black are your only choices. - the material is MDF with a good and heavy laminate. Still, you get it wet you're going to be hating life as it falls apart. Keep it dry, dry any water spilled on the wood surfaces during use. As my vanity is close to my shower I polyurethaned the legs prior to assembly to prevent damage from shower spills. - as others note, the shelf is solid with no accommodation for plumbing. You'll have to cut the shelf to fit if you actually want to use it. But it is very handy indeed, so the effort is worth it. - if you *do* install the shelf you'll need to install the shelf brackets. You must use HIGH FORCE in pressing the screws into the wood whilst you turn the screwdriver to drive the screw in - if you don't, the wood will only shred itself. This is a typical response of MDF and not a specific failure of this product, I knew from previous experiences. PRESS HARD! - the boards are indeed marked for assembly but only on one edge with smaller printed-on numbers. Look for those markings. - the Euro hinges can be adjusted up, down, in and out in relation to the cabinet frame. If your doors do not align then you must adjust them yourself. Mine needed a bit of adjustment, nothing major and nothing it couldn't do. - the top simply rests on the vanity using supplied pads. You may be able to affix it permanently with adhesive but it may be difficult due to variances in the panels after assembly. The pads are fine and the fit is solid with them. - the oak is more 'white oak' effect with almost no 'red' in the color mix. The effect is much 'cooler' in tone than the picture suggests. Still, very nice though. - the top is high quality IMHO, very nice. The sink is a good size, not super deep nor super large but a good overall size considering the vanity dimensions. Get a faucet with a large reach to place the water flow in the middle of the drain spout. I got the Delta Broadmoor - it's PERFECT. - if you want a backsplash finding a match to the finish is almost impossible, it's gloss porcelain. Tiles work; the available backslashes are all either cultured marble or solid surface, all of which have a different surface texture. If you're OK with that, no problems. Once assembled the unit is solid and really great looking. Overall very happy with the unit - just keep it dry!

Check all of the pieces upon delivery!
UPDATE: Customer service was friendly and quick to send out the replacement top. It showed up with no damage and looks great. I like the vanity, its not too difficult to assemble, but the top came broken. I have contacted the seller to see if they will send a replacement and will update this review at a later time.

2nd Purchase Update: Great Vanity for a smaller bathroom
This is the second time I have purchased the modway vanity. The first time was great with my original review below. Sadly: The second one I purchased arrived damaged and also was USED even though I bought and paid for a new one. I knew it was used when I saw the tape over other opened tape on the boxes. Same with the inside: Tape over broken tape. To make it worse: They didn’t even bother to remove the previous purchasers RMA return paperwork! This is beyond “not OK”. I should have at least been given a used item discount. The unit is scratched and one of the pieces for the top was broken. Clearly this was returned because it was broke. Somehow it made its way back to me at full price. I am very disappointed in Modway. It was their tape that was over the broken original tape, too! So I know they got it back, packaged it again and sold it as new. NOT OK! This product came packaged very well and was VERY heavy. The top came in a different package and was also heavy. That’s a good sign I assembled the cabinet in about 2 hours and noted how sturdy it was. It’s a beast! The hardware is good quality with nice hinges that close softly. The look is incredible. Know that this cabinet is pressboard with a thin veneer. It dents easily and can also scratch easily. I worry that when it gets wet, it will warp easily as well. Keep it dry! The doors open and inside is a nice space for your things. I was able to avoid cutting the middle shelf by setting it on its 2nd to lowest peg setting. It’s fine and will hold lots of things. The top is well made and fits the bottom as expected. There is no overlap so be sure you square it to the wall and cabinet. My one complaint is that the feet at the rear are too close to the back which will make it difficult to get baseboard behind it and have a clean flush look to the wall. I’m thinking about removing them and using screws into studs to hold the cabinet to the wall. Overall this is a nice vanity for the price. Just know that it’s small, can’t get wet and the rear legs are too close to the wall. Otherwise it’s really incredible!

Don’t hesitate!
Absolutely outstanding, gorgeous bathroom vanity for smaller spaces. Reasonably easy to assemble, but really follow the instructions! I installed it completely by myself including the faucet I bought. Think one-woman Ikea assembly! The sink doesn’t stain and is a breeze to clean. Solid vanity with crisp, clean modern lines. Doors close nicely. Sink is deep enough. Lots of storage room underneath. Looks way more expensive than it is. So happy I chose it!

Good, but Could Have Been Great
The Modway vanity (in walnut) and sink are good but could have been great. They arrive well-packed in two separate boxes. I love the sloped ends of the sink, and the finish is well done. The sink is heavier than I expected, with no apparent manufacturing defects in the ceramic. The vanity is well-made overall. I like the walnut finish and the sturdiness of the finished piece. Two of my frustrations and disappointments are that the shelf inside is completely unusable based on the alignment of the sink hole and plumbing and that the holes you screw the shelf brackets into are slightly too small: the result is the walnut finish buckles and peels away/flairs up, and the particle board turns to sawdust. Overall, I like the design, and for the price, this is a good deal for a new vanity and sink.

Beautiful vanity (but not for a corner!)
Looks as good in person as it does in the product listing! I was so happy to find such a cool vanity at such a great price. It's perfect for my tiny bathroom. The only thing I didn't realize was that it's not designed to sit in a corner - the doors need at least 3/4" of clearance from the wall to be able to open. (If you want something that will sit flush in a corner, look for a vanity that has a casing around the doors. Lesson learned!) So we figured out a hack - glued some 3/4" thick walnut pieces to the side and back of the cabinet to pull it away from the wall, and found (basically) the right size back and sidesplash pieces (not easy to find, so I don't recommend this hack) to sit on top of the wood we added. Luckily, it looks and works fine, because I would have been so sad to return this vanity! We also cut a notch into the top shelf to make room for the drain pipe... the top shelf doesn't reach all the way to the back of the cabinet, which reduces already minimal storage space, so I might get a walnut piece that is the full depth and cut a notch into that. But, with a generously sized medicine cabinet, the storage is working pretty well as is! Final recommendation: You need an extra long (10") deck plate for a single-hole faucet on this sink... and now that I have that, I don't love it. I'd recommend just getting a 3-piece widespread faucet (like the one in the product listing) instead for a cleaner look.

Great-looking vanity, awesome customer service
The cabinet looks fantastic. Yes, as it clearly states in the listing, it is composed of walnut-veneered particleboard; so if you're looking for solid wood and/or high quality construction, good luck finding it at this price point. It's similar to most Ikea furniture in that regard, as are the instructions and assembly. As noted in other reviews, the top shelf goes back too far to clear the plumbing in my installation; however, I didn't mind this because I cut my own hole for the drainpipe which maximized the storage area. And as for the customer service: The seller was Amazon, and I bought it as an "open box" item at a significant discount. However, when the vanity arrived, the cabinet was perfect, but the sink wasn't delivered. After calling Amazon customer service (through the app), I was told that the sink was somehow lost and asked if I would like to return it. After I told them that I had already assembled the cabinet and thus returning it would be impossible, they told me I could keep it and a full refund would be issued, which it was. I found a perfect replacement sink made by Swiss Madison at Home Depot online; in fact it was even better than the one that comes with the vanity (for me) because it was identical in every way except that it's a single-hole rather than three-hole sink, so I didn't have to buy a new faucet. The cabinet is available to buy with or without the sink, so if you also prefer a one-hole sink that's the way to go.
