Works really well - after a year of use, no complaints

Totally happy with this purchase. The unit was easy to set up and produces a warm sound when playing both streaming music and cd's through bookshelf speakers. Love the fact that it is compact and looks great on the shelf. I couldn't be happier!

Great record player preamp. Expects signal straight from the needle, so if your using line out from a record player get a volume control on here to lower the signal level first

My 70's era stereo receiver died and the new one does not have a built in pre-amp.Got this to fill the void between my turntable and receiver.The Jancane Phone Preamp works, does the job fairly well, although the audio quality lacks a bit.No I will say it doesn't sound terrible and I am able to listen to my albums again which is nice.While this did get me back up and running again once I am able to step up to a better quality I will.

I have mostly high end tubeamps and wanted something cheap to fill in while I'm waiting for new tubes. This little thing is amazing. It is magic pushing klipsch heresy speakers. I don't think you can find anything near the price with this quality.

I was looking for a way to use my Sony amplified speaker with my vintage turntable without using my receiver. Although it initially worked there was insufficient sound volume from the speaker. The Jancane preamp solved the problem perfectly. I now am able to connect my turntable directly to the speaker and the sound quality is great. Thanks for a great product at a fair price.

20w amplifier. That said, it can power a small bookshelf speaker to modest levels before absolutely coming undone. Anything above 2/3rds on the volume control brings sickening bass distortion. The amp has absolutely no punch. That said, I am keeping it. The Bluetooth connection is solid. The device is tiny and very well constructed aluminum chassis and nice knobs. The amp meets my needs in my master bedroom to drive a set of small Martin Logan Motion 4i speakers just enough to provide decent background sound for sleeping. Understand that this amp is likely no different from any others driven by any tiny little chip amplifiers. This one isn't at the level of my JVC 935 head unit in my car. Do not mistake any of these chip based amps to be a match for a real amp. It is low end car audio caliber. But it looks great and its ok for $69. Lower your expectations.

I find it very useful and functional for my Sansui amplifier and turntable, it worked very well from the beginning and helps a lot in identifying each sound, I recommend it
