Emulsion ingredient!
Works perfectly for emulsions! I used it for some homemade gummies with additives and they turned out phenomenal! Only needed about 1/4tsp for 1cup total emulsion.

I am allergic to soy
I received this product not realizing it is SOY LECITHIN! I am allergic to soy. It is unopened, seals are not broken and totally useless to me. HELP!!!

I bought this to make homemade vegan butter
This plus coconut oil, avocado oil, soy milk, salt, and an emersion blender and you have vegan butter for a fraction of the cost...and ingredients you can pronounce. It worked great to help emulsify everything and adds a slight yellow color.
