Just bought my second handle - this time for my new Fs7. I love the look of this handle, and it is solid. When you combine it with the SmallRig top plate, you have the ability to put accessories pretty much anywhere you like. Best part for me is that the handle is easily detachable, which is helpful for packing the camera tightly when traveling, or for mounting on a gimbal or jib. The rod mounts on the top of the camera are very nice for mounting a follow focus on a gimbal or jib as well (see photo 3).Highly recommended!

Solved my problem of not having enough spots to attach accessories. Many options for adding accessories without things getting In the way. Attached the closed handle to a cheese plate designed for the FS7. Very sturdy design and you also have the option of unlocking the handle and sliding it along the bottom bracket. For instance if you mount your monitor on the handle and it’s to close to your face you can move to a more comfortable view and lock it down. I struggled for a few years as my work load demand increased how to keep lights, batteries, monitor, external mics etc. all attached at the same time. I’d have less than a minute to exchange or attach an item and that stress led me to this solution. As you may or may not know, running from one end of a sports arena thru a crowd to the other to get a light or mic will take much more than a minute to get and attach. I haven’t found one thing I don’t like about this product design.

It works, it’s solid and it’s 1/4 the price of something from Wooden or Vocas. That said, it’s heavy. But hey, I’d rather spend my money on talent then I would on a top handle so this one works just fine for a chunk of metal.

This is a great, heavy duty handle. I use it one my Ursa Mini pro and it is perfect. Very comfortable to hold the camera from, and the best feature, is that it's removable. You just twist the lever and slide the handle off for storing in your camera case. I also love the Arri anti-twist connectors. This is clearly the most robust handle for the Ursa Mini. And it looks great too.

The ability to slide the top handle over the lens mount is key in using this on a FS7II. I really love this handle combo.

Small rig make excellent accessories for your film camera needs. You can’t fault the material quality or high machining standard.Very happy with the flexibility of these components
