It works
I'm in the process of restrenthanin my vocals and this fits the bill

It's ok
It does work for lowering the volume of your voice if you're practicing anything with your voice, singing, speeches, etc. The only problem is that as far as singing, you need to hear yourself in order to correct yourself with hitting notes or singing on key...and I found it hard to do this with this gadget. However, if staying "unheard " is your goal, it does help! The ear piece is hard to put on and doesn't really work well btw.

As a voice major with roomates this is perfect. I can sing my heart out and not bug them

Useless gadget...
I can't believe my wife bought this. This is basically a tin can with a string. Save your money and go sing in the shower.
