I know this will seem odd... but, this stuff works great. It did a nice job of cleaning up our wash machine and did a better job than we done ourselves.Worth the money.

After using bi-weekly for the past 6 months I say I'm disappointed in the results. I'm going back to my regular brand.I think maybe they should just make the formula stronger or Customer service did reach out and make it right so I will revisit brand again in the future if it has been reformulated

Cleaning tablets are just as pictured and described. I buy them every 90days and typically use them weekly. I typically use 2 tablets. The tablets keep the calcium and soap residue from building up just like the dishwasher tablets, leaving the washing machine almost perfectly spotless. I obviously can't check the other side of my front loading washer drum for internal buildup without disassembling, but the internal side of drum is almost free of any residue buildup especially on the door seal and window.I recommend it definitely. If you have high buildup, typically from greases, calcium and soap, this will definitely do its job especially if you do it weekly like I typically do. If I do miss out and do it once a month, it still does a good job, but I'd recommend doing at least 2 tablets or 2 cleaning cycle runs.
