These have been really helpful after a round of antibiotics weren’t. I had thought I was short , but that was my mistake.😒

These are easy to swallow and the packaging is as expected! I received 30 as advertised. I don't really feel qualified to say if it's doing what it advertises, but I see no issues with this product at the moment.The current retail price for these set directly by Amazon is $24. That feels pretty high to me for only a month's supply.Also, the bottle I received in February 2023 expires in May 2024. Very reasonable since it's only a month's worth anyway. =)

I take heaploads of really unpleasant medications and balancing things is always a struggle. I'm a probiotic believer, and have my preferences already pretty well established. This frustratingly, seems to do a better job at balancing my ladybits over others. I don't super want to go into details, but everything has generally felt better, with a much smaller bacterial commitment. On top of lady issues, it seems like this formulation really helped with my regularity as well. Whatever magic this combo worked, I'm curious, but also enthused to know what I actually would most rather purchase each month, rather than the ongoing gauntlet of "maybe this is helping". Just lovely.

These are awesome probiotics! I have ordered other supplements from this company and always love them. They are a bit higher priced, but to me it's worth it since they are vegetarian and cruelty free/non gmo. The capsules are small, do not have any smell, and are easy to swallow. I take probiotics because they were recommended by my dermatologist, which I'd never would have expected. However, I have psoriatic arthritis and apparently these can help with that. Honestly at first I was a little suspicious about taking them, but I have actually noticed a huge difference in my psoriasis this since I have started them! These are a great high quality supplement and I will absolutely be ordering them again.
