I really like these. They have no taste and aren't too big to swallow. I am not really sure as to how well they are working, but it seems like my skin is softer since I have been taking them. I haven't seen a real change in my hair like I was hoping, but Colostrum is supposed to be good for a lot of things so I will keep taking them and see.

It is ok. Not sure it is any better than the other one I was taking.

I have used this and it has helped with my hair and nails. But the one I received today, some of the pills are half full and there are others that is just an empty capsule. Grrrrrr, I don't mind paying the price but I do want it to be what I ordered and not half of what I paid for.

Easy to swallow capsule. Seems to improve mild digestive issues. Haven’t been taking it long enough to see any other benefits yet. No side effects. I plan to keep taking it.
