dont rely on the label
The bands are good, albeit the medium and heavy are wrongly labelled (my suspicions were confirmed by my gym trainor). The green heavy one is actually medium strength, and the pink medium one is actually heavy strength,

تجنننن يابنات خذوها ماراح تندموا أفضل بكثيييير من اللي تجي مطاط هذي قماشية وما تتمدد او تخرب مرونتها تجي ثلاث قطع خفيفة ومتوسطة وقوية ومعاها شنطة سوداء رووووعة ومن أفضل مشترياتي الرياضية

Very poor quality - the sizes of the bands differ, so that the 'heaviest' (purple) band is also the smallest. It doesn't actually stretch, so it's useless for exercises like kickback or sidestep (I could barely fit it over both of my legs, much less move with it). Don't buy, it's a waste of money.
