Sea moss and bladderwrack go really well together as both provide a range of proteins, vitamins, antioxidants and minerals, notably iodine which is essential for thyroid health. I regularly use NuU products for their quality, affordability and the fact that they are British! I am pleased that this new one has now been added to their range.

Easy to swallow tablets with GMP production standards.

These capsules are claimed to be rich in vitamins and minerals and I bought them for a close relative who has a problem digesting certain nutrients and is consequently at risk of malnutrition. They find them easy to swallow despite being quite large and I think the balance of vitamins and minerals should be helpful, although it is very early days yet.

This is another great addition to the fantastic products offered by Nu U. The best British supplier of British products. It's a little too early for me to tell of any benefits but have total faith that it will help because all their supplements are of the highest quality

Can’t say as I feel any sort of benefits, been taking them for a few weeks

I take a handful of supplements every day - mostly because I'm less inclined to eat veggies than I should be and always hope to pick up minerals and stuff that I'm missing from my diet. Recently, because of being a chubby muncher, I've been on a weight loss drive and, before taking the sea moss, always found that my teeny weeny lunch would leave me crazy hungry by later afternoon, leading to getting stoopid munchies. But this sea moss seems to put the brakes on that. Don't ask me how it works, but it's like I just don't even think about being a greedy gobble guts as much and weight loss has been easier. As with all of these things, attribution is tricky, but I like to think the sea moss is contributing.

I think we all know It is always best to obtain vitamins minerals and enzymes in natural form. (as opposed to synthetic which is most on the market!) When it’s available I take organic New Zealand wheat grass daily. The downside with this is simply time and convenience. I’m trying these Irish Sea Moss & Bladderwrack Complex – very convenient as in capsule form. I’m a Nutritional Therapist and so in tip top health, therefor I cannot comment on any changes I feel with these as too early, however I intend to make them an addition to my supplement regimen on the days I’m in a rush
