Geodelic Cat Collar Cover

This has worked great for my tabby. The birds are safe again and I can still let him go outside. The collar makes him look silly, but doesn't bother him at all!

Cute collar, well made and comfortable for my cat. He hasn’t come home bearing gifts so, the collar is working.

This seems to be working! I combined it with large loud bells and we have had two months with no harm to the birds.

I think these work! Of course the cats don't like the collar during wet weather, dew on the grass, or during the summer when temps rise. Always use a brake away collar. They really don't survive too well being run over with lawn mower - but do survive if left hanging from a tree limb along with the brake way collar. Between the collar & this bird deterent, you will spend $30+ but I really didn't intend to have 5 to 6 cats when we established a Purple Martin colony. p.s. I do NOT rely on these collars as the only predator deterrent. Fencing and water squirt bottles reinforce "stay away cat!" Get a quality brake away collar.

This was a great buy; in fact, I bought another one for my neighbor's cat. I loved the colors and patterns. It works as advertised and my cat hasn't brought in any unexpected prey or has been able to catch any birds since. It's durable and I've put it in the washer several times and has not frayed or torn. I love the reflectors for when I am looking for my cat at dusk. I was skeptical of whether it would work and it sounded too good to be true but its super-effective. So happy I bought this. I wish I had gotten them sooner.

It looks so cute. I bought this because my cat kept destroying her collars. I thought this would work, however she was able to get it off. Also, the bell is barely audible with it on.

I was very dubious, but ever since we put this thing on our bird-killer cat Odin four months ago, he has gotten exactly one bird, and he had been good for at least one a week. (Moreover there were indications that the one he did bring home may have been the work of another cat or a death from natural causes.) These collars are expensive, but the birds are worth it. Be sure you get a good-quality cat-collar to go with it -- once that's a breakaway design but sturdy -- or your cat will come back without it and that runs into money. And Odie is so cute wearing it! Kind of a Caribbean/Elizabethan look.

These really work. My cat hasn't caught any birds since I put it on her. She doesn't mind wearing it, either.

Comfortable material, not bulky. It doesn’t bother my cat at all! Easily slides over breakaway collar, I’ll definitely be purchasing more :)

I’m devastated to report that this product didn’t work for us. After 5 days of wearing the BBS collar, my cat brought me a bird. I feel terrible about it. After 2.5 weeks of wearing the collar, the bird count was up to 3. I have now pinned jingle bells all over the BBS collar, hoping this dual approach will do the trick. Would others suggest trying a different colour/ pattern? I had been hoping this product would solve my problems, but it was not to be. :(

I love the collar, and with the help of loud bells I’m hoping the birds are going to see and hear the cat before he sees the birds. The cat has no issues with wearing the collar, and he can also groom with it on. I’m definitely going to order another to have as backup.

Feels better taking our cats out in yard. This collar slips on breakaway collar so easy, love that it's refective too. It's comfortable and cats don't mind it at all. The little ground birds see these colors right away. I'll get other colors too.
