Certainly helps to keep my nose unblocked for longer and thus improves sleep.Does it stop snoring - wifey says not but I think it reduces it.Occasionally my nose can be a little sore in the morning where it has been pressing.It's not expensive (cheaper than a divorce) so worth a try

Does not work
I wore it for a week and it does not work at all. The magnet is not strong enough so it keeps coming off.

It WORKS
Don’t know how it works, but it WORKS.I used to snore quite loudly and with this I don’t make a noise!

Buy them - try them - you wont regret it
My husband snores, these are so good, he doesn't mind wearing it when he goes to bed and it makes such a difference, sometimes it doesn't completely shut him up, on the rare occasion I can hear a slight noise coming from him still but it certainly reduces the decibels coming from him which is amazing.Great that they come in a little case too, they last ages
