It holds everything I need for checking my blood sugar and my insulin and syringes so I don't have to bring 2 or 3 different small cases out with me when I go out. It's a very nice looking bad in good condition (doesn't look flimsy or like it's gonna fall apart). Very much worth it for the price!! Actually it's a steal.

It's double sided which makes it a little bulky. I can fit my blood sugar kit all on one side. There are a lot of pockets and the fabric is very durable.

Insulin pens and some needles fit nicely on one side and meter, strips, and lancing device fit nicely on the other. As some others noted, a zippered pocket would have been nice to keep pen needles and lancets from going all over the place but impressive that an inexpensive case meets the other characteristics on my wish list.

Perfect size, looks and quality!

The bag is a bit larger than I expected but it turned out to be perfect for what I needed it for. It is made of sturdy material and has a durable zipper.
