This yarn was exactly what I was looking for to crochet a blanket. It’s extremely soft and easy to use. It doesn’t slip out of the stitches like other velvet yarns. I can’t wait to finish my blanket and will post a photo here afterwards. Great quality and great price. I ordered brown and the color was exactly as the photos provided.

Really good yarn, works up well I used a 4.5 mm hook for this dog plushie. Very soft and guides easy.

Okay so it's really soft. I haven't gotten to crochet with it yet because it just got here. I'm the kind of person if I don't do something right then an there I'll forget to do it. Back to the point. In the pic you can see that the ball is small. I took a Pic of it next to my computer mouse to show just how small it is. Its totally over priced for the amount of yarn you get. Also the thread isn't as thick as I thought it would be. I'm going to add more onto my review after I make something. Fingers crossed it works out good.

Super soft and looks great but be warned if your crocheting arugarami the soft stuff pulls off of the string :( if your looking for a better replacement I’ve found Bernet consistency reliable and works very well

After trying several yarn companies I’ve found through Amazon, Keche has become my favorite. I’ve ordered several colors and they all are consistent skeins that work up nicely.I recommend this Velvet chenille for when you don’t want giant plushies and also do not like to use worsted weight yarns. I use a 4mm crochet hook and my projects are flawless. Keep in mind it is much thinner than your average chenille or blanket yarn though.
