When we opened the box, we noticed that there was already a small tear on the back of the headboard. Because it was behind the headboard, we dismissed it as it wasn’t really a noticeable issue. As we were putting our “new” bedframe together, we noticed that it was as if it was used and returned before. The screws were stripped and we were unable to loosen or tighten it. Furthermore, one of the legs were broken. It’s made of plastic and can’t be fixed. Lastly, this is a manufacture error. The holes for the screws were too large for it and the screw holes did not align with one another. Therefore, we were unable to screw it together.Overall, the looks of it is nice. Very modern and chic like. But it would’ve been nice to receive a brand new one, where it’s not ripped or the screws aren’t stripped. Please see attached pictures for further details. Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The bed is a beautiful, however over the course of almost 2 months, I am now seeing little bugs coming out from the stiching of the headboard and behind the buttons of the headboard. I am unable to connect with customer service and was referred to amazon. I am extremely upset and dissatisfied with this product. Companies shouldn't build something so sensitive with poor materials.

Bed was easy to assemble but one problem, the lining inside the headboard was severely destroyed, ripped, dirty! Had to vacuum inside, there was sawdust and ripped fabric inside of headboard where everything was stored. Very disappointed but ended up keeping it, too much work to send back.

So much value for the money that i paid. I purchased the King size version and couldn't be happier!So it is shipped in huge box and its pretty heavy and awkward. I live alone and was able to get it up 2 stairs and into my house by myself. But 2 people definitely would have made it easier. I assembled it alone in about 2 hours (was watching TV and talking on the phone, probably could have done it in an hour if i was just doing that lol) the instructions were very clear and it came with everything necessary to assemble it with and it went together very easily.I slept on it for the first time last night and am very happy with how sturdy it is and how classy it looks in my room. As other reviews state the headboard is a bit short, but its honestly perfect for my room.Again, VERY VERY VERY please with my purchase and completely recommend it to anyone else thinking about buying this frame!

Like the linen look fabric on head, side, and foot boards. The shorter headboard looks better than tall ones in our bedroom. Arrived in perfect condition even though one end of the box was torn open. Relatively easy assembly even though the instructions have mistakes and don't provide details. Is pretty solid when assembled. The slats with hook & loop hold-down is handy after understanding how to install them. When we tried placing a new king size memory foam mattress on it, the frame dimensions were less than then the mattress. Being foam, we tucked the sides and ends of the mattress into the frame edges. Makes sheet installation a little more difficult, not severe. Since dimensions of foam mattresses varies, and framed ones usually don't, I suspect the bed frame would work OK for framed mattresses.

I've been looking to purchase a platform bed for my parents and a second for my wife and I. I purchased this in a King for my parents and am a little disappointed. They have a taller mattress so with that on the bed the headboard is barely visible, once you put some pillows on the bed it disappears all together. My mother is handicapped so getting on and off the bed requires a stool right now. Will have to purchase a shorter mattress as disassembling this and returning it is more difficult. Assembly was easy, a lot of the construction and side rails are made of wood and with such a heavy mattress I'm not sure how long it will hold up to the weight. The center metal support beans kind of just float in the air and don't actually hit the floor to give it the support it needs. I'd assume this may give in a little because of the weight of the mattress but again I'm not sure how well it will bode with the weight. For less than $300 it's not horrible. But if you're looking for something sturdier I'd recommend something else, also be very careful of your mattress height as it could end up hiding the headboard.

As pictured and advertised. True light woven linen like beige fabric. The husband assembled it but I was his helper. For the price you just can’t beat this set. As for sturdiness we don’t have heavy people sleeping on it night after night so I can’t say long term. This is for guests and when I need to escape any snoring that’s occurring from you know who. We customized it a bit because we didn’t want it as high as the provided legs made it. Also, didn’t want dark legs showing under the bed. The outer 4 corner legs are easy to change out, also purchased from Amazon, but what I did not realize is that the middle two legs on each side were metal fold out legs already attached, same height as the legs I didn’t want so the husband had to take a saw and cut them down to the height of the replacement legs. Took him a few minutes but did the job. Very happy with this purchase.

The design and engineering of this bed frame is very clever; everything is packed in the headboard. It did not take very long for my boyfriend and I to assemble the bed, however I was a little disappointed in the color. The picture shows a cream/off-white, while what I received is more of a tan/beige. After assembling I thought it was not worth returning, just be aware that the color is a bit darker than the pictures show.
