I recently purchased two Deyeek Men’s Post Shoulder Surgery Shirts Recovery Tear Away Short Sleeve Full Open Side Snap and I’m very happy with my purchase. The shirt is very convenient to wear after shoulder surgery, thanks to the tear-away design and full open side snap. The fabric is super soft and comfortable, which is great for sensitive skin. The color is also very pleasant and looks great on me. I would highly recommend this shirt to anyone who is recovering from shoulder surgery and wants a comfortable and convenient shirt to wear. In fact - buy two so you have one while the other is in the wash!

To start off with, I suggest snapping ALL of the snaps before you start! Some of the snaps seem hard to close at first, but are pretty easy after that! The first time I used it I snapped all snaps but over my reconstructed shoulder, then stepped into it, pulled it up, put my good arm in its hole, which positioned the snaps on my injured side to make it easy to snap. This method worked really well! Later in the week after washing them, I snapped it the same way as before, pulled it on over my head like a real person, then snapped the injured shoulder as before. Snapping the injured side under my arm before pulling it on REALLY makes it easier. The post-op recovery room people were quite impressed, when I went back for my first appointment a week later, the aide said she's been telling all of the patients about my Amazon purchase!

I had purchased a number of different brand shirts for recovery from an up coming shoulder surgery. I was very happy that I had bought two of this version. The snap closures are easy for me and my caregiver. The shirt is a nice length especially when the sling straps are attached. The pocket is a bonus to carry small items. I would highly recommend these shirts.

These shirts are really nice when my son is in the hospital and his PICC is hooked up to an IV. The snaps are plastic so they don't interfere with any equipment or tests that he might have when he is there. The fabric is really soft, smooth, cool and comfortable. The snaps are pretty tight but he has learned to close them without any help, but I can see how an old person might struggle with that. The shirts wash up beautifully and don't shrink and they are colorfast. (Although we don't have a red one so I don't know how that color would hold up. Sometimes red dye isn't as colorfast as the others.) We'll be using these for a long time so I'm very pleased with their quality and overall they're a great purchase for us and imo worth the price.

Nice quality, flexible to wear. Has snaps along all the seams, side and across the shoulder, so that you can configure in the way most useful to your post surgery situation. Great to wear around the house, or to checkups with your surgeon, especially during the first couple of weeks. I bought several of the short sleeve versions, since the weather is currently mild and is heading towards summer, which is alway very hot in my part of the US. Occasionally one of the snaps might be problematic and not fasten, but that hasn't caused a problem. Highly recommended!

These shirts work really well for shoulder procedures. The small snaps are easy to use & go through laundry well. Velcro sticks to everything if it isn’t properly closed—this is not a problem with the snap tapes on these shirts. The shirts can be comfortably taken off or put back on. Recommend at least two shirts; I ordered two more for added convenience.

Bought a few for my dad since he just had triple by-pass, but also has to do kidney dialysis. Looking for something that was easy to put on since my dad couldn’t lift his arms for awhile after surgery. The nurses kept commenting on how easy it was to access his port on the side of his chest. Material is soft and comfy.

It is what it is. Super idea and worked well for about a week then started coming apart. Has to be hand washed which makes it very difficult. I tried the washer after a week and that is just to much for the fabric.It is super comfortable and easy to get on and off. Snaps can be difficult.
