Purchase the strap to help with physical therapy as the result of an injury.Length is as advertised with good durability and little to no stretching.The strap is very versatile fpr stretching and other physical therapy needs.

Works for me
As a paraplegic, I use these to move my legs around for me. They feel durable and haven't broken on me yet. They don't slide much down my foot so I can move my legs easily.

It does the job. However, it’s not centered evenly. It was impossible to be completely even on both sides

I bought this after ACL surgery to use for physical therapy exercises. It has been a huge help in getting my range of motion back. After 2 months of use it has shown no signs of wear. I have multiple exercises that I use it for and it is perfect.

Easy to Use Yoga Strap
This strap is very easy to use, it has sections loops that are easy to put around your foot for stretching and yoga. Easy to throw in your tote or travel bag so you can stretch on the go. Very happy with this purchase.
