I got the S500 and this scanner is very well made and I love the touchscreen. It supports 2.4g WiFi for updates (free for life) and they worked well. It was quick moving between menu items and has the services claimed. I’m very happy with it.

Great product for what the pricing is . Its a nice unit that also uses similiar to launch software . Easy to use and already fix what i needed to do on my tacoma . I suggest kingbolen s800 for ur basic diag thats also have extra feature included . and code reader and etc . I can also use this woth my other vehicle acura rsx to read code and clear codes .and also to diagnosis both vehicle and more .. buybwith confident .

I bought different brand before it is not complete I returned but this one it really worth every penny you pay for. ATTENTION Before you use it please do your self a favor stay away save a headache please UPDATE The software then use it it take couple of hours but after that you won’t regret it

Using this primarily to reset service reminders and warnings on high end late model European vehicles. The tool has worked flawlessly for this. I previously had to send a late model Porsche to the dealer for reset. It needs to have an internet connection for some functions. I was disappointed that it does not scan all modules. It takes awhile to figure out how to perform some things as the instructions are very limited. The tool is a lot nicer than my Autel and priced about the same. I can recommend this for professional use.

Doesn’t have RAM trucks so you have to go to Dodge section to get any diagnostic information.

The media could not be loaded. When I brought it worked great I but everything back in place just like it came this is my second time using it now it doesn’t work at all touch screen doesn’t work buttons don’t work it takes for every to unfreeze and takes forever to turn on and off I wouldn’t buy it
