Not too sweet, not chalky, with a fine consistency that easily blends in smoothies and shakes.

Good ingredients, what I was looking for. Too early to see benefit, will update this review if & when I conclude if it helps. Fwiw the container that I received arrived with Amazon's large, non-removable labels stuck over and obscuring part of the product label which I would prefer to be able to read & refer to (on the product package without having to look it up elsewhere - that's why it's on the label after all), which I find undesirable and annoying. Ymmv
