The chart included is very helpful for placement and the ear seeds are easy to use. Was pleased they lasted several days even through showers. I haven't seen any significant health changes, but also haven't been using them for very long. Excellent price for starting out with this technique!

The product did not stick at all. It had no adhesive.

These are good quality and work well. Very similar to the ones my acupuncturist uses. They don’t stick quite as well and I usually lose one when I wash my hair, but they are easy enough to replace. Great value for the money.

I see how these could be helpful. But it’s near impossible to get them placed without messing them up and losing them.

Fantastic and easy to use

I have been getting treatments for many years and am excited to try this myself. The booklet is very inspiring with many different uses and the pressure point instrumentation is spot on.
