So first I would like to say I do enjoy the chair but I feel there are some let downs as well.Pros:Easy to set upGreat colourCool lightsLeg restCons:The seat part of the chair is small, especially around the thighs. I'm a medium size individual ( wears size medium uk clothing) and around 5 foot 7, so you can feel the chair pushing in on your thighs. So if your border set person I would not suggest this chair as I can imagine it being uncomfortable after a while.Delivery: my product was supposed to arrive on the Saturday but arrived on Monday, which was frustrating as I work from home. Aside from late delivery the box arrived pretty much destroyed and the chair was covered in dust, it did make me question if this was second hand or had been in storage for a long period.The massage feature is more of a vibration, I have a massage chair that you attached on top of your desk chair that actually pushes into the muscle, where as this desk chair just vibrations in a few areas, so I was disappointed as I was hoping to replicate the same affect without having to constantly attached my massage cover.Wires: There is a lot of wires and it can be a bit frustrating cable managing these or preventing your chair rolling over them, so when they are not in use I put them away.Overall, the chair is nice and is comfy and besides the cons for the price it is reasonable.I would suggest that a larger size seat option was available, as I would happily exchange this chair for a larger option if it was possible.But asides that it's a nice chair as a decent price and does the job.

The media could not be loaded.  Not many complaints but first of all it is a great chair and everything but when my chair came today there were screws missing which didn't fit or didn't fit the instructions given which made it 10x harder than it already did and now I cannot fit those black circle parts that are used to cover the screws so you cannot see them since the screws are stuck out in few areas of the chairs now even though it isn't an issue it was sorta a problem since I had to spend more time than normal trying to work out which screws are the right size since it would mess up the chair and some areas of the chairs were not the right size screws which didn't fit in few parts of the chair but managed to fit all the screws in from my old chair but overall a great chair.

A member of my family had been working from home and she'd been provided with a chair for a disabled person - its cost was more than £2000 and it had built in massage and heating. She lent it to me for a short time and it was the most uncomfortable chair I've ever sat in! I had to return it to her (thank goodness!) so bought this chair. What a relief!! The lumbar support is great and it's very comfortable - the only shortcoming for me is the raised edge to each side of the seat, I don't know why it's there? I'm a bit of a fatty and find that these protrusions are slightly limiting. Anyway, the chair is suiting me well, I actually went to sleep in it yesterday!!

The DIY aspect was good with easy to follow instructions. Chair is comfy and massager works brilliantly

Seat part of the chair is narrow with the outer padding pushing in on my thighs causing discomfort, other than the that the overall build is solidThe "massage" function is more of a vibration which causes mild comfort but excessive noise.The power leads supplied are way to short to be functional so additional lead extensions must be purchased .It's a shame really as the the chair looks amazing and the light sensors are great but everything else is a bit poor, bad functionality and poor comfort.

Good Chair had an issue after a week of use, but the Customer Service is good, a few hiccups but the replacement parts were supplied!

The media could not be loaded.  I brought this for My other half. Was easy to assemble. It is good for what your paying for the massage is good. I would say it need has a USB that has to be plugged it for the lights and the message pads to work apart for that 10/10 from us very happy 😊
