As a senior I’ve made truck loads of biscuits over my time and a tool like this is a real necessity. The decision to buy came up only after my old style wire type cutter finally gave up on me. The new tool looks like it will outlast me! It is well finished and made of quality materials. No sharp edges or gaps in the parts to collect dough. Does the job and a breeze to clean compared to my old cutter. In summary, I’m pleased with my purchase and I think you will be also, that is if you like to spend time in the kitchen as I do.

This product seems very sturdy and is much easier to use than two forks when cutting in cold butter to make scones, biscuits, etc.
