Reliable PLA+ Filament with Great Print Quality
I’ve had consistently good results with eSUN PLA+ filament. The filament feeds smoothly, prints cleanly, and produces good layer adhesion without requiring much tweaking to my printer settings. I experienced very few issues with stringing or clogging, which made longer prints much less stressful. The spool was wound neatly, helping to prevent tangles during printing. I was also happy with the color—it printed true to what I expected and gave finished projects a nice, professional appearance. Whether you’re printing functional parts, toys, or decorative items, this filament offers a good balance of strength and printability. Overall, it’s a dependable PLA+ option that delivers consistent results and is one I would purchase again.

Great filament for skulls and skeletons
I found a 3D model for an interesting skull so naturally I wanted to print it out. A small test print with white filament came out great but the color just wasn't right. Does anyone make a bone-colored PLA filament? Of course they do. I'm not the first weirdo to 3D print a skull after all. A minute of searching brought up this spool from eSUN, and after a few clicks, it was on its way to me. I've used eSUN PLA before and, while I prefer Elegoo by a very narrow margin, eSUN has given me good results. I was a little worried because the skull I was printing would have to be done in 2 parts (skull and mandible), and the main part was a 23 hour print. Plenty of time for something to go wrong. Bambu has a preset for eSUN PLA+ so that's what I used. After slicing, loading the spool, and hitting the print button, I crossed my fingers and walked away. I checked on it again in the morning (12 hours later) and so far everything looked good. Layer lines were visible but not too prominent. Since I was using a 0.4mm nozzle, I didn't expect the lines to disappear. There was a slight gloss to the print. I would have preferred a matte finish to simulate bone porosity, but since I didn't specify a matte filament, I was neither surprised nor disappointed. At the end of 23 hours, the skull was waiting on the build plate. It looked exceptional, without so much as a stray filament, void, or other defect that I could see. The support material (there was quite a bit of it) broke away without much fuss and I was left with something that, from a few feet away, could pass for a skull. Adhesion was just right. The part never shifted during the print but was relatively easy to remove from the build plate once everything had cooled. I did use a little hairspray as an adhesion promoter-- I wasn't taking any chances-- but I doubt that I actually needed it. The mandible was a much easier print (only about 6 hours) and it came off without a hitch. After years of dealing with finicky 3D printers and filaments that would only print correctly about half the time, I was floored that I could walk away for an entire day without looking over my shoulder once and come back to a completed print. I usually pay $10-$12 a spool for garden variety PLA. This spool was slightly pricier at $18, but it is a specialty filament and the price is quite reasonable for the quality and appearance that you get. I can't think of a single bad thing to say about this filament. It worked flawlessly for this project.

Great quality, smooth prints
Prints clean and glossy. Smooth and even layers, almost zero stranding. Very pleased with the material and the color is good for making models that don’t look like toys.

Great Quality
I love this filament.. it extrudes very well, The quality is better than I was expecting it to be and I have not had any issues with stringing and no clogging. I do dry all my filament before printing so I can't speak to how it is before drying. Great quality so far. Good adhesion and looks good. Works very well for mini flexi's. One thing I will note that it's a Good chance if your kid leaves them lying on the floor in a dark room you may mistake it for your pup having an accident 😂 very Brown! Will definitely purchase other colors.

Good product
The filament worked great on my Anycubic Kobra X. Nice color on finished print, no strings, bed adhesive was good, supports snapped off very easy and clean. Good value. This print was only 1hr and 35 min, the next part is 6 hrs if the print quality changes, I will update my review.

Solid value-for-price filament
I'm finding eSun to be a respectable filament for the price. I used this particular role to print fidget trees. The color is striking--exactly what I was after. I pulled a star because this was the first filament I've encountered in five years of 3D printing that was "damp." Since I don't have a filament dryer (haven't needed one until now), I tried my best to clean up the "spider webbing" the resulted from printing the exterior parts of the trees. Be sure to use at least 70°C for the bed temperature to ensure good adhesion. I had three failed prints at 60°C before figuring that one out. They kept separating from the bed halfway through. However, dampness aside, good filament. I do recommend.

Brilliant Color and Excellent Print Accuracy
Although SUNLU remains one of my personal favorites, this PLA+ filament from eSUN has been equally impressive. The color is vibrant and exactly as expected, and the filament prints with excellent dimensional accuracy. I experienced smooth feeding, strong layer adhesion, and consistently high-quality results. The filament is reliable and easy to work with, with no significant clogging or tangling issues during printing. Overall, this is a high-quality PLA+ filament that produces outstanding results and offers excellent value for the money. If you are looking for a dependable filament with brilliant color and precise printing performance, this is an excellent choice.

**Title: Multiple Spools, Constant Tangles, Wasted Filament and Risk to Expensive Equipment**
I’m finished gambling with eSUN filament. This was not one isolated bad spool—I have experienced repeated tangles across multiple spools. The filament crosses underneath itself, locks up during printing and brings the entire job to a halt. These tangles have ruined prints, wasted filament and cost me hours of lost production time. Even worse, each jam places unnecessary strain on my AMS feeder and printer. I should not have to worry that a poorly wound spool might damage hundreds or thousands of dollars’ worth of equipment. Filament should unwind reliably. That is the most basic requirement of the product. Customers should not have to babysit every print, repeatedly unload the AMS, hunt for buried crossovers and manually rewind brand-new filament just to make it usable. One tangled spool might be an unfortunate quality-control failure. Multiple tangled spools indicate a consistent manufacturing or winding problem. Whatever savings this filament initially appeared to offer have been erased by failed prints, wasted material, lost time and concern over equipment damage. I cannot recommend eSUN filament for long or unattended prints. Reliability matters, and these spools have proven anything but reliable.

Used to be a wonderful filament ... not any more?
I have used eSun PLA+ filament for several years on a Voron 2.4 printer. Until recently I was getting near-perfect results every time. The last batch I ordered came in the new cardboard spool. The result straight out of the vacuum sealed factory bag is CATASTROPHIC. Bubbles everywhere and stringing as bad as PETG. Horrible ! Unfortunately I have missed the return window otherwise I would have sent it back.
