Slather some of this on your legs before bed. Helps with RLS and also helps me sleep better. I've also used it on my boyfriend's legs after he's mowed lawns all day and his legs hurt. Prevents night-time cramps and helps him sleep, too. I'm telling you, this product is great, and I didn't receive any kind of payment for posting this review. 1 of the 2 bottles was defective therefore when you squeeze, the product comes out and leaks from the top update—-it works very well once aopkied

Leaks and drips badly. Not like a gel. Too much liquid.

I purchased this foot rub to do right before I went to bed at night, it does leave a slight residue, but comes off the next morning in the shower, I can tell when I forgot to put it on my feet before I go to bed I don’t sleep as well, so I believe it is working.!
