Decent starter kit, great quality minis.
The box looked used, and things were rattling around loose inside. I don’t know, something felt off about it. Like the stickers that sealed the box had a yellowed tinge to them, and some of the paints seem old and chunky, the base paint not effect paints. The minis came together great, and are really nice quality. They snap together nicely so no glue needed! The brush is kinda worthless but I wasn’t expecting much from that. I would buy again, hoping it was just a fluke and I got an old box. Still giving 4 stars at the moment. The only thing I’m worried about is the paint being old.

Great starter set.
Might want to grab some yellow and red paint for more detail and definitely pick up some primer for your own sake.

Great for beginners
This is a great way to get a new player interested in the hobby. The minis are 'push-fit' so they don't require any glue, and the kit comes with a citadel starter brush. The included paints are exactly what you need to replicate the box art, or go in a completely different direction. I picked it up to try a new scheme for a Tyranid army, but I highly recommend this for new players.
