The media could not be loaded. The carriage that carries the needle to prick and create designs won’t move at all. It’s a crap product.

Please do not buy this. The machine may be great but the software is completely useless.Tried to cut multiple things but keeps giving error like cannot sense cut marks.The UI is so poor that getting a simple cut done is a nightmare.Feels likeI made a huge mistake. Something that I thought would be an investment is turning out to be a nightmare.Thanks to all the influencer marketing they are making money selling this crappy machine.

Ordered essential bundle, but did not receive Cricut Essential Tool Set. Cricut accessories and materials are extremely costly in India.
