It broke the third day I had it when I got it only the app part in one of the arm pieces worked I reached out the customer service and I didn't really get much of a response.

Doesn’t stick well after second use, also doesn’t come with batteries which is okay not too big of deal. Don’t function the way I thought it was going to.

You Feel It Right Away!
It's only been a week, but i can tell fat is being released from my cells. How? Because I have to go within a half hour of putting it on.I'm really confused by the reviews that said they felt nothing because I had to reduce it to level two. The sensation it similar to what you felt if you mistakenly touched an electrical outlet with a wet hand. Not enough to hurt you, but enough to know something is happening. You will need to get used to it.I'll update in a few weeks!

"Sports slimming abs"
The arm bands work great but there's only one dark spot on the stomach band where it has ultra high shocking intensity. The rest of the band does nothing. I'm guessing it's defective. Only reason for 2 stars instead of none is the arm bands.

Setting up is easy. The initial sensation does take some getting used to. I find my ab muscles are tighter after use and more tired.
