My wife and I have been having hand issues because of the line of work we are in and I thought maybe this is something worth trying. This simple but effective two piece finger stretcher is a starting alternative than going to a Dr. And of course being then sent to a physical therapist so this was definitely worth trying. We both have used this and do notice the difference just from a week of use stretching is very important especially the older you get and this does an excellent job at that however my only negative is there needs to be a smaller size because they slide down on my wife’s fingers, she still gets an effective stretch but that still can be annoying. I like that these come with 2 sets for added resistance I would recommend starting at number one and work your way up. For this price I would recommend just because it’s a fraction of the cost of going to a therapist.“Peace “
