I bought these having shopped around on the internet because the company offer a discount structure based on the number that you purchase. I was prepared to buy, initially, from another, dearer, company but they wouldn't consider even a small discount for multiple purchases, so they lost out, to Koiartisan's gain. As regards customer service you can not fault them especially in the form of Alex. Every company should have an Alex! Time, obviously, will tell if my decision was right, but at the present moment I am well satisfied. What else can be said, but at the risk of repeating myself, the knives are especially sharp and the Koiartisan service is also super sharp!

This cooks 8 inch knife is cheaper than much of the competition, so I thought that I would take a risk and purchase. Upon delivery, I need not have worried. The knife has a good balance, is exceedingly sharp, and looks very good.On my first use in cutting through a salmon, I found that there was no need to press hard;the knife cut through as if it was going through butter.I am very satisfied with it and look forward to many years of use.y

This knife is great i am a professional chef and its exactly what i needed, it feels great in the hand, got a really nice weight to it and stupidly sharp, not to mention the amazing detail in the blade its self. if you are looking for a knife this is definitely the one to get.

Very cheep feel..not worth the money...blunt straight out of the box. Amazon not the best place for buying knives...might add I'm a professional chef. Maybe for home use it's a different story.
