Really glad I found this product in my search for an effective, yet somewhat lightweight and stylish helmet. Between the chin strap and the adjustment wheel, it’s very easy to get a snug, yet comfortable, fit. Lots of support, both internally and externally, and I’d feel safe if a serious fall occurred. Lastly, this helmet looks great, and isn’t super awkward to keep on if I’m popping into a store quickly on my ride. Highly recommend.

I bought this helmet in lieu of a genuine equestrian riding helmet for the following reasons:This helmet claimed to be conformable to any head shape (and it is). This helmet appears to be made of tougher, longer lasting materials than typical equestrian helmets (and it is). This helmet looked as light on my head as any equestrian helmet (and it is). This helmet was designed for protection from the hard pavement while going at bicycle speeds, so I feel that it is reasonable to expect that this helmet offers equal or superior safety performance to an equestrian helmet (I hope to never know). The helmet's suspension appeared strong and ample to keep the helmet on my head under all circumstances (and it is). This helmet is a lot cheaper than any of the equestrian helmets I priced. I greatly preferred the clean lines and style over any equestrian helmet and it closely resembles a polo helmet.I have noticed the following features on my initial wearing:By a large margin, no equestrian helmet I have ever owned fits as well or stays in place on my head nearly as well as this helmet does. The helmet's flat white surface and ample ventilation results in a helmet that does not feel hot my head.Because the helmet is so well ventilated, it is not suitable for riding in the rain without a cover, but no equestrian helmet is either.Finally, should you yourself chose this or any bicycle helmet in lieu of an approved equestrian safety helmet? It is your decision if you want to take that chance.
