I was looking for a neck ice pack for my wife who has had an injury in her neck for a while now.Chose the Dukuseek because it seemed to be perfect for the job looking at the reviews.I wasn’t wrong. It does the job perfectly. Versatile, comfortable. As a really nice finish which makes it really comfortable to wear. It can be used hot or cold so you can play about with it and find what works best for you.Overall really pleased with itHighly recommend this item

I recently had cause to view and purchase a cold compression pack for my shoulder pain that I had been getting. It was a new pain and one directly related to using my manual wheelchair. I couldn't reuse any of my alternative ones that are designed for knees or ankles so extremely please to have found this from DUKUSEEK.I haven't had cause to use the extra velcro strap as yet but the main unit, straight from the freezer is an absolute god send in pain relief. It is comfortable, hard wearing, yet soft and plush to the touch.There were a number of alternatives on Amazon that I did not try but I am more than happy with my choice, thank you guys and I shall definitely be on the lookout for more offerings in the future.Ten out of Ten.

Very comfortable to use and can maneuver to target the pain. Eased my aching muscles almost immediately and gave effective relief. I have tried both the hot and cold options and highly recommend. The product is flexible/versatile and can be put on just the right spot.
