I love this stuff!! I apparently have a poor ventilation fan in my bathroom because every so many months I get black mildew on the ceiling over my tub. So annoying climbing up there to clean it. This stuff I spay on and come back hours later and its all gone!! Word of caution. It smells like straight bleach. I don't know what's in it but that's what it smells like. Even with my arm fully distended trying not to be right under it I was inhaling the small droplets and let me tell you burned lungs are not good. I googled it and apparently breathing in these types of fumes can cause permanent lung damage if it doesn't kill you! So second time I used it I put on a N(95 mask, opened the widow and turned on the exhaust fan while trying to not stand under it and not create a lot of raining down droplets at once. That was better. Also it will bleach out any clothes your wearing and any towels , curtains, rugs that are around so remove all that. I close the bathroom door for the day and let it do it's thing. Bonus the areas that I cleaned stay clean alot longer!! Like its been 9 month or more and the black mold hasn't come back in those areas. At least on my ceiling. Now the caulk in my tub is another story. It comes back. But it does clean it well when I use it there. Just let it sit and work. Be sure to rinse it well before you get in the tub, it makes the tub very slippery.

This stuff is incredible. We have been working for months to get rid of mold along the grout line of our tile shower. I have tried everything and there has been lots of scrubbing. I sprayed this on the mold, then sprayed paper towels and left them on there to soak overnight. Put Saran Wrap on top of all of that. In the morning I just removed the towels and no more mold! I didn’t even have to scrub. Our shower looks brand new. I did keep the fan on and would advise to wear a mask and gloves while using it.

I needed a strong mold killer to clean a window AC unit that developed black mold. This stuff worked great, and the plastic storage bin I cleaned the AC's parts on went from black to gray just from getting the parts washed off on it! Win-win! I also used some on a patio that's painted white and it really worked great there too! No complaints whatsoever, I bought another bottle just for future uses!

10/10 100% Recommend! I won't explain in detail the situations revolving around my Comparisons, but I can confirm that this truly does kill and protect from mold! Had a big mold problem in a bathroom, ceiling was completely covered in it. Attempted to clear with CLR following directions to the letter. Cleared half of the bathroom with it before having to come back to it. The mold had begun to repopulate in the places that were cleaned within the week. Had similar results with other remedies. Then I decided to order this. It took forever to arrive because purely because of where I live. When it arrived I was preparing for a vacation, so I tested it in a small area on the ceiling to see the results it would produce. Within minutes there was a difference. I could literally watch the mold change color as it decayed away within the first minute of application. I didn't let that get me too excited though. After completely cleaning the test area, I had to let it sit. Fast forward to 2 weeks later and I'm finally able to return to it. To my surprise, upon my return the area was STILL COMPLETELY SPOTLESS even in a prime environment to repopulate that area. It had completely killed the mold and protected the area from further mold spawning. The bathroom is finally free of mold after a long battle! Needless to say, if I have any further mold problems this brand will definitely be my go to!

I would love to give this product five stars! It works so well. However, the bottle breaks EVERY SINGLE TIME!Please make the bottle more durable, especially where the spray nozzle attaches to the bottle.I’ll also add, that when using this product, WEAR A MASK! The fumes are super powerful. I turn on the vents in my bathroom and shut the doors to prevent the smell from coming into my bedroom and the rest of my house.

This is absolutely the best stuff I’ve ever used after trying it I am buying the gallon size and a different spray bottle as the container on the 32 oz size is fragile and the nozzle broke on the first spray. Otherwise this product works wonders. Definitely 5*****

This fine product was recommended by the worker who cleaned my bathroom shower and floor tiles. He suggested using it weekly to avoid any mold or scum buildup. It is a good product.I had ordered it before from another Amazon source that no longer was offering it.This new order was more expensive but was available. When it arrived, although packaged securely, the sprayer had leaked. When I complained to the company< they offered a 20% refund. The leak was more than 20% of the contents.They then offer to replace the bottle which was nice. I gave them my address etc as requested. I never heard from them again, nor did they replace the item. Not nice!

This works as it says it does! It smells very strong of bleach when you spray it, so you need to have plenty of ventilation or be able to leave for a few hours until the smell disappears. Used it in a few different areas and so far, the mold has not come back & that was a few months ago.
