I have a four month old baby and despite being exhausted I just could not get to sleep! The first time I took one of these I felt so relaxed within 20 mins. I now don’t feel as relaxed as thay first time but they definitely get me off to sleep. I still wake very easily to my baby’s stirring (which is a good thing) so it doesn’t affect baby’s safety, but means I can actually drop off when I need to. I recommended them to my dad who struggles to sleep and he says he’s sleeping twice as well as he used to since taking them.

After reading all the good reviews I thought I’d give these a go.Can’t say they have done anything. Not even remotely close to making me sleepy.First 2 nights of taking them I’ve woken up at 1am and 3am.Can’t see how they have such good reviews ?Will come back and update if they miraculously start working.EDIT: so after weeks of testing they do absolutely nothing. Don’t waste your money

I bought these with a dose of scepticism. Have been suffering with early morning waking for months and finally had enough! All I can say is my sleep is SO much better, no more 4am wake ups and don't feel groggy in morning. Absolutely worth a shot if you're struggling to get a decent sleep.

When I bough this it was all 5 star reviews, after two-there weeks of getting no value out of it I came back to share experience and can now see 1 star reviews are more than the others.... I just wonder why.Waste of money

I’ve been using these for a few months now and I’ve now got a great deep sleep pattern, no fuzziness the next day. Just refreshed and ready to face my day …. A must repeat order 🌟

What a waste of money! Very expensive and relied on those reviews but unfortunately not working at all. Tried two capsules already.Not deserved even a single star for me.

Tried these though would give them a go woke up on alot of occasions didn't make me have deep sleep at all would rather use phenergan cheeper and work alot better too
