Too large for my purposes

I have been a fan of this brand for many years but this particular tote is not the best product I have seen.Sadly the zippers, that usually have two pulls, have only one pull, which is a small difference but a great disadvantage. I wonder why they made that change that from my perspective makes no sense. I guess they must have some reason.

I work for an airline, so I know my bags. While this is not the same quality as a travel industry Travelpro product, it does have some benefits. Very spacious. Would be hard pressed to fit under an airliner seat. There is only one pull tab to each zipper, opening and closing one way. There is a magnetic closure for the front phone pocket. That pocket is also very deep. Just what I was looking for. I may be replacing sooner than other travel totes, but giving it a go.

This was an excellent piece for my 16 day trip to Europe, fit easily over my medium roller bag, works for carry on. Love the zipper section on the bottom - perfect for shoes or heavier items, and things that need to lay flat.

Purchased this to travel to France- as my carry on. The added zipped space at the bottom is ingenious- perfect for either shoes or items you don’t want mixed with other things. Bag is very spacious and has 2 other zippered compartments for cosmetics, headphones, chargers or medications. Just a perfect combo for the plane or a quick getaway.

Fits under the airplane seat perfectly & now my shoes are out of my carryon bag so it's not so heavy to lift. The side zippered pocket is great for accessing items quickly. Great but with many good features.

Perfect bag for short weekend travel. Color, size and bottom compartment are perfect. Love that the sides do not collapse in if the bag is not full.

My wife and I have numerous pieces of Travelpro Maxlite 5 luggage ranging from small carry-on bags to large suitcases. We've always been very pleased with the quality, materials, construction, and design of Travelpro luggage. This drop-bottom carry-on did not meet our expectations. The fabric seems to be lighter in weight and, possibly, less durable than similar Travelpro Maxlite 5 pieces we own. The handles are very light weight and thin with no padding and no Velcro wrap to tie them together, although there is a thin leather-like covering. The thin handles make this carry-on uncomfortable to carry. When compared with the smaller Maxlite 5 Soft Tote, which we own, this drop-bottom weekender tote seems inferior. While this isn't a bad bag, it falls short of my expectations.
