Bought these for my husband he love them

This was exactly what I was looking for. My old headset was falling apart (the leather padding was chipping and the mic was getting stuck inside the headset). I am having no problems so far with this headset. The audio quality is great. There isn't an echo anymore, and I'm able to play with my friends without them getting distracted because of it. All the buttons are on the headset so they won't be accidently pushed (last headset, all the buttons were on the wire that connected the headset to the computer/controller. I would lean on it, either muting the sound or myself). It fits snug and I love that the padding is cloth instead of leather. It is of the highest quality and the value is right up there with more expensive models. I really am happy I purchased this lightweight headset.

I love this headset! I’ve had it a little over a year and have loved it! It has good sound quality. My only downfall is that the mic isn’t the best it worked good at first idk what’s happened but sometimes people can’t hear me and I have to talk louder etc. Other than that it was worth the money! The lights change colors on the side, I have Alienware everything besides one of my monitor which is hp. I would recommend or buy another one of these. I’ve tried to hyper x and I didn’t like the Mic at all!

Gifted this to my brother, he loves it! He’s an all day gamer and he told me the headset is super comfortable! He said the sound is “amazing bro!”. His previous headset was uncomfortable after 30min use. Definitely buying another headset for my nephew .

This is my first negative review I have ever given a product, but I cannot recommend against this product enough. Plugging in the product immediately downloaded 3+ different drivers. The mic quality is incredibly terrible, sounds very watered down and fuzzy, previous mic worked just fine. Manipulating every mic setting and in app adjustments did not fix the mic. Reinstalling drivers did not work. This is all on a Alienware Area 51 "Dolby Access" is one of the drivers that claims to give you enhanced audio performance and yet it costs $15 separately to purchase. Free headphones given out on airplanes have better microphone quality, and I have never run into a product that has given this much trouble and provided such poor quality in 16 years of PC gaming. I will happily update my review if the replacement functions.

I am not entirely satisfied with these headphones. I purchased the wired version because generally, I prefer wired. After just a couple months, the fabric was fraying around the cord where it goes into the base of the headphones. I make sure that they do not tangle and that there is no pressure on the cord during use, or storage, so this wasn't up to standard in my opinion. I bought them to use with my PC, however, I did occasionally use them on my Xbox. The ones I bought were not advertised as compatible with Xbox but they do on Xbox as long as your just using them for Audio. The mic only worked for the PC but this isn't a bad thing because the seller didn't say that they would. If anything, it's an extra feature that you can use them on Xbox at all. The sound quality was alright but it certainly didn't take my breath away. It had a good balance as far as I'm concerned. Aesthetically, it's a good looking pair of headphones. They look and feel good to wear. The over ear style is perfect for me because smaller headphones tend to hurt my ears after an hour or two. Overall, I give them 3 out of 5 stars. I used them for the better part of a year and I definitely got my moneys worth out of them. They're relatively cheap, so if your looking for a pair of headphone on a budget, I recommend these. Just make sure to be gentle with them!

I don't normally buy "gaming" gear. Although ibam a gamer I find that buying good headphones designed for listening to audio by companies that specialize in Audio make far better products. Gaming headsets usually fail in sound quality, mic quality, comfort, or all 3. I needed a send pair of headphones and didn't want to put down 500 bucks for studio quality, and a friend told me about these. They habe great sound and are very comfortable. I have not tested thr Mic quality as I used a separate boom Mic. Bit for gaming audio these are awesome. Regarldess of Whether you want to have the lights on the side on or off you will need to download the software from the alien web site. Or they will just rainbow cycle endlessly. The only way to truly turn the lights off is the set the custom light color to black.

These things are pretty! They feel comfortable and have amazing sound quality. Although if you are in a party with someone you might have to find a sweet spot with the mic volume/sensitivity as it was picking up sound from the ear speakers while wearing them. The adjustable strap is very nice. I got it for Xbox but if you plug it in to usb on pc then it lights up which is neat. Overall it’s a great headset but you might have to mess around with the mic settings.

Great headset for the money (got it on sale). Well built, great sound, very comfortable. I always prefer wired headphones over wireless because of latency. Also don’t have to deal with battery issues later on. I own everything Alienware so plug and play is very straightforward. Love the RGB Color’s on the side. Mic is good for the price your paying. Only complaint I have is the fabric cups, after an hour of gaming or listening to music they become very sweaty. But overall a very good product from Alienware. Would definitely recommend.
