As a review of a refurbished item, I only give it one star because I cant give it no stars. What I got was in effect a brick. The volume buttons stick, so you can only have maximum volume, or minimum volume. The battery life is awful. The device will hold charge for less than 24 hours, when unused. The navigation and power buttons are also occasionally unresponsive. In short, this purchase has ensured that I will never buy anything from Amazon Renewed again.

Product arrived promptly and in good condition.

I honestly did not have much expectation being that is is used. But So far so good. For a used item it’s really doing the job and loving it so far. I recommend.

Terrible battery life. Charged fully overnight, watched a 4 min video on YouTube and the battery was dead before the video finished! Screen was yellowed at the edges. Certainly not refurbished, wasn’t even clean. Could still see when the previous owners case had been on it. Dirty and not worth the money.

NOT renewed, they are just used. batteries are old so don’t expect it to run longer than 30-40 min for using with screen on, 3-4 hours for only music,15-20 mins with video recording

Bought this as second hand as cannot buy anymore came on time and at first happy with it but machine got very hot to hold very quickly and battery kept showing as almost out but was not because when put back on charge it showed it was full! As this was for a child with autism the fact it kept getting hot worried me so sent back have ordered another one paying a lot more for it but fingers crossed it will be okay

Refund very quickly. No fault in product what so ever. Exactly as said on amazon.
