Just used these during a half marathon, and they worked so well. I typically have knee pain after my long runs for 2-3 days afterwards. But these braces significantly decrease the pain. I used them for the last month of training. I’m 48 hours post my half marathon and I barely have any pain... and the very slight pain I’m currently feeling is just typical soreness since I’m not an avid runner. They stayed secure the whole race (I was using leggings, so not directly on the skin). Didn’t have to adjust them once. I should mention that I don’t have any significant knee issues… just normal pain and soreness for my 42 year old body since I did not do strength training like I should have during my training! Highly recommend.

I am due to have knee replacement in July. I wear the knee straps daily instead of wearing Lidocaine patches they relief my knee pain so I can get around.

The center pad (cushion) isn't much thick compared to the product shown to me at my orthopedic doctor's office. But then, the other product costs about $50. I've used them twice so far for about 10-mile hikes and experienced less pain on my knees. I'll see if I need to change my rating after more uses.

A friend recommended these, and I'm happy he did. I'm a former US Army paratrooper and a current senior citizen. My knees have taken a beating. For the past 10 years, I've worn knee braces for running, using ellipticals, or long hikes. Full braces are cumbersome and expensive. These straps are a less than a third of the price, easy to put on and adjust, and still allow me to fully bend my knees. Most of all, even after 30 minutes on an elliptical and brisk 2-mile walk, my knees feel fine, **far** better than if I had worn heavy braces.

Really works, loved it more than traditional knee sleeves/ braces. Used product regularly while walking, running, basketball/ sports, relaxing/ stretching. This product along with working out my knees and surrounding area rid me of my knee pain.

It has worked well for me, not uncomfortable like many braces I've tried.

These are a great improvement over the traditional supports/straps. The buckle helps to tighten the strap and keep it snug in place. The neoprene material (or type) really make for a comfortable fit. All this and you get TWO!! 2 at half the cost of the traditional strap...that doesn't work as well as this one. You decide!

Ya llevo mas de un mes usandolo y ha funcionado muy bien, el material es suave y comodo y cumple bien su funcion desde que lo uso ya no me duelen las rodillas al bailar. Definitivamente comprare mas ya que se desgasten.

This is one of my best knee braces I’ve gotten! I did not like those big bulky knee guards and it’s very warm and troublesome to wear. This knee brace pushed up the patella and ease off the pain that the rubbing create. This pair is nicely made as it will locked into each side of the straps. It doesn’t comes off at all unlike some other brands where the straps is too short and does not strap over each other. Love using this whenever I’m playing pickleball.
