I like the functionality of it. The material is nice & adjustable. I had one that qqnr over ahoulsqr Shoulders, and it was not very comfortable and/or adjustable. As soon as you're around your waist, I'm not going to waste but above and below your your breastbone. And comes over your shoulders and has nice support, but without digging in or making you feel like you're not standing at attention all the time. It helps you to keep your shoulders back and to stand up straight. Without making you uncomfortable. Size fits great I felt price was reasonable & it is so light I think I have seen bras heavier that this. It's a must try Mist try

This posture correcting product is pretty good & comfortable to wear under clothing. The front band is too small, for we seasoned ladies😳‼️ This would do a great job for Skinny wearers, but I ordered an extra large and it ends up bunched up under my bra. So I can’t really recommend it for “women with wisdom” a grandma’s tummy🤙🏼!!! It would probably work better for those who are skinny and has bad posture.

I’ve been going to the chiropractor to help with my hunched back, neck bump, and my slumping shoulders. I ordered this posture corrector to help as I do exercises and stretching to get my muscles and back trained to have better posture. I can definitely feel it working to train my back muscles. Follow the instructions on the 21 day challenge so you don’t overdo it! Also, the color is cute, it seems well constructed, fit it good, and the fabric is fairly comfortable. You can absolutely wear it under a shirt if you don’t want to have it showing and nobody would know (besides maybe noticing your improved posture!) overall it’s a good product and great price. My husband wants one now that he’s seen how it works for me. Also, the Velcro is VERY good, takes some effort to adjust, so I know it won’t fly open.

No wonder other reviews complain about raw armpits. NLNYCT comes with NO information or instructions. People aren’t using these correctly! Another brand I ordered at same time (Fit Geno) came with thorough information about how these correctors work, about muscle memory, about proper way to use to develop muscle memory, and about time limit that a corrector should be worn each day (2 hrs max) to avoid muscles just becoming dependent instead of learning new posture memory. So when you read about raw armpits and how people are misusing these correctors, it’s because they purchased an inferior product (like this one) that come with no explanations or instructions. They are wearing them too many hours and defeating the long term purpose. I’m a retired physical therapist and hope my review is helpful. Get a good one.

I made sure to read the measurements required for this. I was within the measurement requirements but definitely on the end of the spectrum. What the measurement requirements don’t account for is breathing. Much to my surprise, breathing expands your rib cage and suddenly being within the measurement requirements turns into being too big and breathing becomes difficult as there’s no room for expansion. My fault for not thinking of that, but it’s super hard to find a posture corrector for plus size people. Overall let me touch on some points. I’ve tried a few of these so I have a view on how some differ from others. 1. The design is cool because it goes around your waist in addition to having the two shoulder support straps handy for adjustment. It is easier to adjust than others I’ve tried. I also felt like it was easier to put on and fit to my size with the waist band. One of the ones without the waist band I tried just got stuck and my abnormally short arms couldn’t pull it down to get it into place. This caused me to struggle for a while as I turned around in circles hoping that if I turned fast enough I’d be able to catch a strap. It didn’t work and I needed help. 2. I did however feel like the support wasn’t strong enough. I would say that it does pull my shoulders back a bit but I was really hoping for stronger support and a stronger pull. I made them tighter but it just never quite got them to where I wanted. I guess for people with posture resembling the hunchback of notre dame, ratchet straps from Home Depot may be more effective. 3. The Velcro was so strong. Almost too strong. It was hard to pull it off to adjust! I don’t see it as a bad thing though because even though it was too small for me, the Velcro held tight the whole time even with movement. I think it’s pretty great that it is so secure. 4. Overall I think that this system works pretty well. It’s pretty easy to use and maybe would actually help someone smaller. 5. The quality was good, the material was soft and comfortable and the overall design was nice and seemed like it would be good to use. Finally, this does not work if you’re overweight. If you’re kind of on the end of the spectrum for the measurements required to fit in this, it’s not going to work real well unless you hold your breath. Even then, it didn’t really pull my shoulders back enough and it was so so tight. Plus side though? It gave my boobs a lift they haven’t seen in around a decade. Too bad it was so tight that my son was concerned for my wellbeing and thought that I was going to suffocate as it virtually disappeared into my chub. Needless to say I need to find something marketed towards plus size individuals and leave the average size peeps to try this out. I loved the color, though!

I got this posture corrector not only to correct posture but also to help with a mid back pain that has been going on for 2 years. Sodt and breathable, this brace is excellent in every way. The center support is not hard metal or plastic, but stiff enough to make a difference in posture. But tge BEST part about this brace is that you do not get any tightness or constriction by the arm pit and shoulder!!! I'm in LOVE with this brace and recommend it to those who also want to look and feel pretty with the pastel colored brace!!! Hope this helps! BTW, I'm 155lbs, 5"8, 38DD. As long as the main band is under your ladies, L/XL will fit and also hoist them babies up!! A+++++

Very comfortable & made to wear under clothing. It does the job. I especially wear it when I know otherwise I’ll be slumped over my computer using bad posture. It can also be worn without needed assistance.

I was very hopefully for this product. Inaccurate sizing. If you are a XL this will not fit. Waist straps are not long enough to overlap and the velcro closure doesn't stay secured. Pro: Velcro on the side is extra secure Con: The front velcro is not so much too short. Color is more of pink and lavender bias/trim. Gave it a star for side velcro and color.

Really good
