I bought one and it stopped working after 5 uses, wouldn’t charge or turn on. So, I returned it and got a replacement. It also stopped working after about 5 uses and would not charge. I have returned it and am trying the Cloud SSS. Hopefully this one will work, if not then I’m going with a different brand.

Worth every penny! Use it, not only on my face, but on my shoulders neck and back when needed.

I had a few issues but seller was prompt and persistent in making it right which I really appreciate I would 100 buy again. ImI have noticed minor changes especially if I have open pimples or cuts in my face from picking at them they seem to not scar and go away pretty fast

I've been using this for about three or four months three times a week, I use the blue for my rosacea, and the red wrinkles. It definitely helps with my rosacea, hoping it does the same for small wrinkles.

I’ve been using this for a few months. While it has not halted my 56 year wear and tear, it has improved it. No overnight results. I try to use it nightly before bed. It came with a useful guide to the different color settings and I primarily use it for aging. I use Red and Purple mostly. I would not say it’s comfortable. I think there might be issues with how I adjust the strap that I could use a tutorial for. I’m from the Analog Generation and it’s not uncomfortable enough to look at a YouToo video.
